Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage marketing stalls and counters in IT companies, hospitals, residential communities, apartments, and associations.
Represent the company professionally and communicate project details clearly to visitors.
Generate quality leads through face-to-face interaction during marketing events and campaigns.
Coordinate with facility managers and association heads for event permissions and arrangements.
Collect and maintain a database of leads with complete contact and interest details.
Share leads with the sales team for timely follow-ups and site visit arrangements.
Report daily field activity, lead count, and location performance to the marketing head.
Actively contribute to brand awareness and customer engagement during events and field visits.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation abilities to represent projects effectively at stalls and campaigns.
High energy and a positive attitude towards outdoor work and customer interaction.
Good planning and organizational skills to coordinate field activities efficiently.
Basic understanding of real estate is a plus.
