We’re scaling fast and need a sharp, tech‑savvy sales fresher who can own the complete presales cycle—from understanding client pain‑points to drafting winning proposals.


What You’ll Do
Client Discovery & Requirements

Conduct intro calls, probe for business goals, and document functional specs.

Solution & Proposal Drafting

Translate requirements into high‑level scope, timelines, and commercials with guidance from our solution architect.

Technology Evangelism

Stay current on modern stacks (React, Node.js/.NET, AWS, AI APIs, etc.) and pitch the right fit to prospects.

Pipeline & Target Ownership

Build and maintain a 25‑account pipeline; close deals totaling ₹10 lakh per month within 6 months of onboarding.

Collaboration

Work closely with the engineering and project‑management teams to ensure seamless hand‑off and client satisfaction.



Must‑Haves
Fresh graduate (B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA) with strong interest in tech sales.
Excellent English & Hindi communication—spoken and written.
Comfort using LinkedIn, email sequencing tools, and basic CRM workflows.
Quick learner who can grasp new technologies and articulate value to non‑technical stakeholders.
High energy, self‑starter attitude with a clear focus on hitting numbers.

Nice‑to‑Haves
Internship or coursework involving software development or presales.
Exposure to agile concepts or writing software requirements/specs.
Familiarity with proposal automation tools (e.g., PandaDoc, Proposify).
