The Play Area Caretaker is responsible for child safety, supervision, rule enforcement, and maintaining a clean and friendly play environment. The caretaker must actively monitor children during play, ensure rules are followed, and support smooth daily operations under the guidance of the Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:﻿
Child Safety & Supervision, Constantly monitor children inside assigned play zones
Prevent unsafe behaviour such as Pushing,Jumping from heights,Rough play & Improper use of equipment.
Assist children who are scared, confused, or crying.
Ensure play area rules are followed, Socks, valid wristband are mandatory for entry into the play area.
Party & Crowd Handling support to the supervisor during parties or workshops.
Hygiene & Cleanliness to be maintained in play area tidy during operations. No food or drinks allowed inside play area.
Speak politely and calmly with parents while explaining the rules when required.
Escalate any complaints or conflicts to Supervisor immediately
Report any damage or safety issue immediately.


WORKING STYLE & CONDUCT:
Must remain alert and active at all times.
Sitting or mobile phone usage on floor is strictly prohibited.
Maintain friendly, child-safe behaviour.
Wear uniform and follow grooming standards
Follow SOP checklists daily

Keep personal phone usage minimal (only when required).
Maintain privacy of the family.


Time & Discipline:

Come on time every day.
Follow daily schedule properly.
Inform the family if running late.
