Conducted different BIW Structural tests such as BIW torsion and bending, floor strength, jacking point strength, roof crush etc. Similarly, strength, stiffness and fatigue tests of BIW closures, interior and exterior trim components etc. Static level testings of components & BIW. Durability level testings of components & BIW. [Side door KLT, Tailgate KLT, Bonnet KLT] Experience in SOP modification & making as per customer requirement or test requirements as well as report prepared after test. Knowledge of operating hydraulic as well as electric, pneumatic actuators on MTS & MOOG testing software. Ability to do test setup independently and performing test independently with accurately. Collected Load / Force Data Acquisition for an electric coil. Data collected of different voltage conditions and further processed in N code software. knowledge of installing and prepared Somat setup for data acquisition. Components Level Testing: Rotating bending, RUPD & F UPD, Grab handle, Seat Rigidity Test.
