Job Description:

·        Manage end-to-end JioFiber business at the unit Level,

·        Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope,

·        Lead a team HSOs and guide, coach and supervise.

·        Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at, individual level,

·        Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned, Unit/Territory,

·        Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen, situations and escalations

·        Knowledge of IT tools usage,

·        Team productivity calculation,

·        Door Knocking and Cold Calling

·        Communication skills,

·        Field sales Team Lead skills,

·        Sales orientation,
