A Front Branch Banking Executive will act as the first point of contact for customers visiting a retail bank branch. The role involves assisting customers with banking services, offering financial products, and ensuring high-quality customer service. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch a career in the retail banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries regarding banking products and services.
2. Account Handling: Assist in opening and managing customer accounts (savings, current, fixed deposits).
3. Transaction Processing: Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheques.
4. Product Sales: Inform customers about various financial products such as loans, credit cards, and investment options.
5. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or discrepancies in accounts.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
7. Cross-Selling: Promote and sell relevant banking products and services to customers.
8. Administrative Duties: Maintain records, manage correspondence, and provide clerical support to the branch staff.
