Job Description

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be tasked with meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management on progress towards targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
