Job Description
PROFICIENT IN REAL ESTATE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION, AGREEMENT, SALE DEEDS, ETC.
PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH / GUJARATI TYPING.
1) Checking and arranging all Land related documents from various government departments.
2) Drafting agreements, sale deeds, MOU etc. in English/Gujarati.
3) Visiting various departments like Mamlatdar office, Revenue Department, Collector office etc. for various Land related work.
Candidates with work experience in land related work will be preferred.
