Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
- Follow up on leads and cold calls to convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
- Inbound Calls:
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide detailed product or service information when required.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to keep clients informed.
- Sales and Targets:
- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets as set by the company.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, feedback, and sales in the database.
- Document client interactions and outcomes for future reference.
- Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize customer interaction strategies.
- Share customer insights to help refine products and services.
- Skills and QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, basic computer knowledge, and call handling systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Time Management: Efficient in handling multiple calls and tasks daily.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of successful calls made daily.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
- Achievement of sales or appointment-setting targets.
