Job Description

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.
  • Follow up on leads and cold calls to convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
  1. Inbound Calls:

  • Handle incoming inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Provide detailed product or service information when required.
  1. Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to keep clients informed.
  1. Sales and Targets:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets as set by the company.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  1. Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, feedback, and sales in the database.
  • Document client interactions and outcomes for future reference.
  1. Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  1. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize customer interaction strategies.
  • Share customer insights to help refine products and services.
  • Skills and QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the required languages.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, basic computer knowledge, and call handling systems.
  • Problem Solving: Strong ability to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Time Management: Efficient in handling multiple calls and tasks daily.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of successful calls made daily.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Achievement of sales or appointment-setting targets.
