Nof of Employees: At our Navrangpura office we have a total of  11- 15 team Members

Timing: 9.45 to 6.45 . As a company we do not promote Working or staying after office hours but if the need arises you should be prepared to stay back to finish your work

Mobile Phone: Use of Mobile phones is not permitted in the office apart from Lunch timings.

Increment: We Pride ourselves of timely pay to Employees and Labors in our history of 30 years. Increment is connected to work and depends on individuals on case to case basic. Still A minimum Increment in range of 4-18% has been given by the company In these years of operation.

Holidays: We observe holidays on sunday's & on other religious Festivals as per Generic Holidays observed in Gujarat. Apart from these regular holidays, there would be one paid holiday per Month

ESI & PF: ESI & PF would be deducted from the salary as per the Government Rules.

About Job Profile : Sr Member- Accounts & Operation Team: As a member of the Accounts team, Below are some of the work which would be assigned to you.

Job Profile Includes the below

• Should be well conversant with compilation of GST data, timely submission of data to the consultant, Follow up and filing of returns.
• Inventory management 
• Should be able to prepare and submit the data of TDs, compare and compile for quarterly and yearly return.
• Should maintain the diary of tax filing dates including advance tax etc. and communicate with the consultants for the same.
• Account receivable Management and MIS
• BIlling and post dispatch material Coordination 
• Bank Reconciliation.

Skills Required: Below skills are mandatory and serve as a eligibility criteria

• General Communication: Good
• Computer Knowledge : Good
• English - Speaking : Good
• English Written : Average
• Tally Knowledge : Good
•  Candidates with prior experience in the Manufacturing sector would be preferred.

Salary Range: For the above opening we have fixed a salary Criteria upto 20,000. Having said that ,We are open for a higher salaried Candidate given he brings outstanding Experience and Skill set as required for this particular opening
