• 15+ Years CRO experience
• Proven proficiency in techniques like FLIPR, TR-FRET/HTRF, FP, Luminescence/ECL, Alpha Screen, DELFIA®, NanoBRET, Flow Cytometry, high content imaging, and Live Cell Analysis. Familiarity with SPR technology is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience across various target classes such as enzymes, GPCRs, transporters, ion channels, and surface receptors, spanning diverse therapeutic areas.
• History of successfully developing and scaling assays, particularly miniaturizing them from 96W to 384W to 1536W formats, for both cell-free and cell-based types.
• Knowledge and experience in generating stable cell lines crucial for assay development and screening.
