• Acquiring new clients and managing and retaining such relationships by delivering best standard of services

• Activating dormant clients

• Making outbound calls & Calling leads generated through Digital Marketing

• Contacting existing clients and pitch new investment opportunities to them

• Understanding the problems and challenges of clients and identifying clients resolution process

• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

• Achieving Targets as assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly basis

Qualifications:

• Experience in stock broking company or mutual fund

• Good telecalling skills

• Must be able to convince customers to convert leads to sales

• Excellent Communication Skills in Gujarat & Hindi. English will be an advantage

• A confident and determined approach.

• Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection
