HR Internship

Naapbooks Limited is hiring for the role of HR Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with employee orientation.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries, organizing employee engagement events, and maintaining employee records.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee training and development, and HR policy development.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR databases, updating employee files, and preparing HR-related documents.

Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and eagerness to learn and develop HR skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
