Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Key Account Manager for Industrial Engine Spare Parts Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with fleet customers, ensuring their service and spare parts needs are met. You will also develop a network of retailers and oversee their performance, while coordinating branch activities like engine health check-up camps, van camps, and operator training programs to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.


**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Relationship Management:**

  - Identify and onboard fleet customers for spare parts and service agreements.

  - Maintain regular contact with key accounts to understand their needs and address their concerns.

  - Negotiate and close sales deals with fleet customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.


2. **Retailer Development:**

  - Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with retailers in the assigned territory.

  - Monitor retailer performance and provide support to enhance their sales and service capabilities.

  - Conduct training sessions and workshops for retailers to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.


3. **Sales Monitoring & Reporting:**

  - Track and analyze sales performance against targets for both fleet customers and retailers.

  - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into market trends and customer needs.

  - Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.


4. **Branch Activity Coordination:**

  - Ensure timely execution of branch activities such as engine health check-up camps, van camps, and operator training programs.

  - Collaborate with the service team to organize and conduct these events effectively.

  - Monitor customer feedback from these activities and work on continuous improvement.




5. **Market Research & Analysis:**

  - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industrial engine spare parts sector.

  - Analyze competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

  - Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and product performance.
