Job Description: The Packaging Cum Office Assistant will be responsible for efficiently handling packaging and shipping of products, as well as providing general office support. This dual-role position requires someone who is organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging and Shipping:
• Prepare products for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control in the packaging process.
• Manage inventory of packaging materials and order supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Office Assistance:
• Assist with general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Help manage inventory and update records in our database.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
• Assist in preparing reports and documents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a packaging, shipping, or office assistant role is preferred.
