Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy Real Estate Leasing Specialist with strong knowledge of the West Ahmedabad retail real estate market. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated go-getter, capable of leveraging technology for lead generation, client relationship management, and closing leasing deals. A deep understanding of the local area, expertise in creating leads, and working with brokers are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including digital platforms, real estate portals, and networking.
  • Broker Network: Develop and maintain a network of brokers to source property inventory and close leasing deals.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable retail property options. Conduct follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Site Visits: Organize and manage property site visits for prospective tenants, highlighting the advantages of the location and retail space.
  • Inventory Management: Keep up-to-date records of available properties in West Ahmedabad, working closely with brokers to source new inventory.
  • Portal Knowledge: Utilize real estate portals and CRM systems to manage listings, track leads, and monitor the progress of client interactions.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct regular cold calls to prospective clients, brokers, and property owners to source opportunities and gather market insights.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Handle lease negotiations with property owners and tenants, ensuring a smooth deal closure.
  • Tech-Savvy Operations: Use technology to enhance marketing efforts, including social media, real estate portals, and email campaigns to showcase properties and generate interest.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in the West Ahmedabad retail market, including property pricing, demand, and new developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate leasing, specifically in the retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the West Ahmedabad market, with an established network of brokers.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using real estate portals (such as 99acres, MagicBricks, etc.) and CRM systems for lead management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including lead generation, site visits, and client negotiations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Go-getter attitude with a drive to exceed targets and close deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, real estate software, and digital marketing tools.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience in sourcing and managing retail properties.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
