Position Title: Trainee (Third Party Pay Roll/Off Roll)

It is a third-party roll/Off Role job, and on-roll conversation is directly dependent upon the performance of the individual only, but for the first 2 years and it is an off-roll job, and we can extend the off-role terms if the candidate does not perform satisfactorily before conversion to on-roll.

Some Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Managing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan that includes product positioning, launch strategy, public relations, sales support, partner material, road shows, training, and pricing strategies at the Gujrat territory of India.
• Communicating with clients and merchants to improve and develop business relationships, in addition to maintaining constant follow-up on their feedback.
• Directing the marketing operations with a focus on achieving sales growth.
• Creating a social media buzz in the region to reach remote areas and to increase the market penetration.
• Extensive travel with 60-70% of travel is a part of the role within the region.
• Dealing closely with the regional distributor and helping with the complete business operations with liability of profitability, focusing monthly/annual sales targets & executing them in a given time frame establishing short/long term action plans as well as marketing strategies in tune with the management strategies for achieving targets.
• Identifying new partners and mapping them into the channel to increase revenue generation.
• Taking care of the entire Sales Cycle month on month from Sales strategy to payment collection at the month's end.
