Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Travel Advisor / Travel Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel experiences for our clients, from planning and booking trips to offering expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities. You will leverage your knowledge of the travel industry to drive sales and foster long-term relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Trip Planning: Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Sales & Marketing: Promote travel packages and services to meet sales targets. Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Research & Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
  • Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, vendors, and industry partners to enhance service offerings.


Qualifications :

  • Experience: Previous experience in travel sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; experience in upselling or cross-selling preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using travel booking systems and software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., IATA, ASTA) are a plus but not required.
