Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other ART procedures.
• Assist doctors during procedures such as oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, and other fertility-related interventions.
• Counsel patients and their families about IVF treatment processes, addressing their concerns and providing emotional support.
• Educate patients on medication administration, self-care post-procedure, and other relevant aspects of their treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including documentation of procedures, medications, and patient interactions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and maintained.
• Stay updated with the latest practices in reproductive medicine and provide input on improving patient care.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and follow all ethical and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license/certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fertility clinic or IVF center is preferred.
• Strong counseling skills with the ability to provide emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Willingness to work night shifts regularly.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Old Gurugram or those willing to relocate near the hospital.
