Job Description

Job Description as a Accountant, your Primary job function includes the following:

● Perform daily, monthly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.

● Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

● Prepare and maintain Export Invoices and metal accounts

● Clear Shipping Bills compliance as per Banks/Vendors

● Prepare regular TDS & GST Returns and coordinate with the CA

● Prepare monthly Gross Profit and quarterly Balance Sheet

● Employee payroll management and maintain the expenditure of the organization.

● Prepare weekly reports of customer and vendor outstanding

Qualifications

· Graduate in B. Com

Key Skills

Precision and accuracy in recording financial transactions and preparing financial statements

Good written and verbal communication for reports, emails, and presentations.

Collaborate with colleagues in finance and other departments.

Experience

Minimum experience of 3-5 years of accounting.

Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus.
