Job Description

● Understand our products and services well to effectively communicate their

features and benefits.

● Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers.

● Introduce our products/services to customers, initiating further steps in the

sales process.

● Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRE following the

sales process.

● Follow up with calls to nurture leads, address additional questions, and

guide customers through the sales process.

● Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions

aligned with their requirements.

● Go the extra mile by making callbacks or arranging calls after office hours

based on customer convenience.

Qualifications

● Graduate

Key Skills

● Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi & English.

● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to

make a purchase.

● Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

● Proficient experience in using CRM software.
