Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products from a given mobile brand. The role involves working with a team, meeting targets, and communicating effectively in English and local languages. The candidate will be deployed at a particular store and is expected to maintain store hygiene/planogram/store assets.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Listening to what customers want and helping them find the perfect product for their needs.

• Achieve sell-out targets by engaging consumers and selling brand products.

• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.

• Manage personal sales targets through ongoing performance monitoring and pro-active corrective action plan implementation when required.

• Be a brand Ambassador by educating and informing consumers on new technologies, selling features and benefits of products and accessories.

• Address general consumer enquiries and assist consumers in service-related enquiries (including after-sales).

• Collect and report store data and competitive market intelligence.

• Accurate sell-out and inventory availability records.

• Competitors’ in-store activities, sell-out, and price changes.

• Consumer’s feedback on products.
