Job Description: Field Collection Executive (DRA/Non-DRA) Location: Aasam


Salary: ₹15,000 in hand + Incentives


Key Responsibilities: Visit customers to recover overdue payments.

Explain payment details and negotiate payment plans.Maintain records of visits and collections.

Follow company guidelines and ensure ethical practices.

Eligibility:

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate.

Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates

DRA certification preferred but not mandatory.

Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills.
