Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to excel.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
