Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
