Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a good understanding of the beverage industry, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the presence of our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, bars, restaurants, and other sales channels for our products.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Product Promotion: Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and sampling events to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to the management team to adapt sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales and promotional activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Passion: A proactive attitude and passion for sales and the beverage industry.
