### **Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relations, and optimizing sales operations. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to meeting sales targets.


### **Key Responsibilities:**


- **Sales Support:** Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including managing daily sales activities, processing orders, conducting follow-ups, and preparing detailed sales reports.

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate product information and resolving any order or delivery issues promptly.

- **Order Processing:** Track and ensure the accurate processing of sales orders, invoicing, and timely product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Database Management:** Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate records of sales transactions, customer contacts, and communications are up-to-date.

- **Cross-Departmental Coordination:** Work closely with logistics, marketing, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and strategies.

- **Sales Reporting:** Prepare and distribute sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, tracking sales performance, targets, and market insights.

- **Documentation:** Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed for future reference.


### **Required Qualifications:**


- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with sales-related software.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a focus on achieving company sales goals.


### **Preferred Skills:**


- Experience with CRM systems or other sales management tools.

- Knowledge of the beverage industry and its latest trends.

- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
