Job Title: Franchise Sales Manager


Job Summary:

 

The Ecommerce Delivery Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's delivery franchise network across assigned regions/territories. This role involves identifying potential franchisee partners, conducting effective sales presentations, negotiating franchise agreements, and supporting the successful onboarding and operations of new franchisees. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in franchise sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the ecommerce delivery industry.


Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Franchise Sales and Business Development:

  - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new franchisees for the company's delivery network.

  - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and target markets.

  - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective franchisee leads through various lead generation activities.

  - Effectively communicate the company's franchise value proposition, business model, and growth potential to prospective franchisees.

  - Conduct persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and territory analysis to secure new franchise partnerships.

  - Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.


2. Franchise Onboarding and Support:

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new franchisees.

  - Provide comprehensive training and support to franchisees on operational processes, technology systems, marketing strategies, and best practices.

  - Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing their queries, concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

  - Monitor and evaluate franchisee performance, providing guidance and coaching as needed to drive success and profitability.

  - Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, fostering a collaborative and supportive network.


3. Territory Management and Expansion:

  - Develop and implement territory plans to maximize franchise coverage and market penetration.

  - Analyze market data, demographics, and competitor activities to identify strategic growth opportunities within assigned territories.

  - Collaborate with franchisees to develop localized marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for new franchisees within existing delivery operations.


4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchise sales, onboarding, and operational metrics.

  - Analyze franchise sales data, trends, and forecasts to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

  - Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future growth plans.


5. Team Management and Leadership:

  - Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the franchise sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  - Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives and professional development.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and support for franchise initiatives.


6. Qualifications and Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related role within the ecommerce/delivery industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and build strong relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans.

- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions/territories to meet with prospective franchisees and support existing partners.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Passion for the ecommerce delivery industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
