Job Description

· Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support.

· Inform customers about company's products/services and offers.

· Identifies business opportunities from given prospects.

· Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

· Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into sales.

· Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

· Repo building with the clients and centres.

· Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention.

· Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.

· Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team
