Job Description: Female Telecaller / Business Development Executive (Kannada and English is mandatory)

Position Overview: 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller / BDE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to students, providing information about our course offerings, and converting the enquiries to admissions through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to Interested students.

- Explain them the course details and convert them to admissions.

- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Should be good in English and Kannada. Knowing Hindi / Telugu / Tamil would be an added advantage.

- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
