Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive specializing in Social Media, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who initiate inquiries through social media messaging. Your primary objective will be to initiate conversations, collect contact information, and subsequently make outbound calls to convert inquiries into successful sales.

  • Communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
  • Typing speed 20+ wpm is also mandatory
  • Fresher's can apply.
  • Work From Office.


Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Chat Engagement:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media messaging platforms.

- Initiate and maintain engaging conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.

2. Contact Information Collection:

- Skillfully guide conversations to collect essential customer contact information.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer details for effective follow-up.

3. Outbound Sales Calls:

- Utilize collected contact information to make outbound calls and continue the sales conversation.

- Present product features, benefits, and address customer queries to drive conversions.

4. Conversion Strategies:

- Develop effective strategies to transition chat interactions into successful sales calls.

- Tailor communication to align with customer interests and motivations.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build positive relationships with customers through personalized and attentive communication.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience.

6. Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set for inquiries converted through social media chat.

- Continuously optimize conversion rates and contribute to achieving team goals.

7. Adaptation to Trends:

- Stay informed about social media trends and customer behavior to refine chat engagement strategies.

- Adjust approaches based on evolving customer preferences and market dynamics.

8. Typing Speed Requirement:

  • Possess a typing speed of 20+ words per minute to ensure efficient and responsive chat interactions.

9. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.

- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.


Qualifications:

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers through messaging.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their messaging functionalities.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
