Role & Responsibilities:

Call Management: Make 80-100 outbound and inbound calls daily to potential customers, introducing company products/services.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects, generate interest, and engage in meaningful conversations.

Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and interests.

Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer info, and outcomes in the CRM system.Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and convert prospects into qualified leads.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and apply feedback to improve sales performance.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
