Job Description

Job Title: Inside sales                            

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at GrowSkill IT. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving enrollment in our educational courses tailored for working professionals. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in B2C sales.


Customer Outreach:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and other communication methods to engage potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our courses.
  • Sales Presentation:
  • Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our courses for working professionals.
  • Customize presentations to address the unique needs and concerns of individual clients.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses and how they align with the professional development goals of the target audience.

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of each potential customer.
  • Recommend suitable courses based on the prospective student's career goals and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance on available payment plans and options.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the system.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the professional development landscape.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.


  • Any Bachelor's degree with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
