**Job Title**: Office Interiors Site Supervisor / Project Manager

**Job Summary**: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Interiors Site Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior construction projects for office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of interior design and construction processes, with the ability to manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on construction sites for office interior projects.

- Coordinate with designers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications.

- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with building regulations, safety standards, and design guidelines.

- Monitor project timelines, and budgets, and address any potential delays or cost overruns.

- Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, including clients and management.

- Ensure quality control and proper installation of all materials and finishes.

- Handle any on-site issues or challenges, and provide solutions quickly to maintain progress.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure that the site is safe, clean, and hazard-free.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior construction or project management.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with office space planning, design, and build processes is a plus.
