Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence within the

designated region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and a deep understanding of the regional market.


Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

·       Provide effective leadership and direction to the regional sales team.

·       Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

·       Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for improvement.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

·       Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

·       Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

3. Revenue Generation:

·       Take ownership of the regional sales targets and work towards exceeding them.

·       Identify and pursue key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.

·       Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.

4. Market Expansion:

·       Identify and explore new markets within the region for business expansion.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

·       Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend adjustments to the sales strategy accordingly.

5. Sales Operations:

·       Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.

·       Collaborate with the sales operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

·       Utilize data and analytics to assess sales performance and make informed decisions.
