Job Title: Relationship Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Relationship Manager to help grow our client base and nurture long-term client relationships. This role combines strategic client relationship management with new client acquisition, including outbound cold calling, lead generation, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's services, qualify leads, and set up meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their property goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes, providing clients with reliable information.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand the client base.
  • Client Support: Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, explaining all steps, assisting with paperwork, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate property negotiations, helping clients achieve favorable terms and ensuring a smooth closing process.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to provide an integrated service experience to clients.
  • Client Retention: Maintain contact with client’s post-transaction to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and cultivate repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in real estate
  • Strong cold-calling experience and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property regulations, and transaction processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
