Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Communications: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and documents.

1. Ability to multi-task and take up administration of factory office.
2. Day to Day data entry in Tally Prime & SAP & and physical filing systems
3. Responsible for inventory of both raw material and finished products.
4. Preparation of monthly reports
5. Based on the Inventory - release of PO and follow ups
6. Preparation of Inward & outward related documents
7. Follow-up on Outstanding payments

Qualifications:

Education: bachelor's degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tally Prime.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and management.

Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.

Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve issues effectively.
