Job Description

As an Office Assistant and Accountant at Micronxt, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial transactions, and assisting with customer service duties. Your role will involve handling customer calls related to issues and payments, as well as conducting follow-ups for marketing activities. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Responsibilities:

1.Customer Service:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and payment processing.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently and tactfully.

2.Financial Management:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Recording financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

3.Administrative Support:

  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assisting in general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

4.Marketing Support:

  • Conducting follow-ups with clients for marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Assisting in the coordination of marketing events and initiatives.
  • Collecting feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
