Job Description

Yes Property is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Oversee the sales process to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
