Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and ordering supplies.
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to minimise waste and reduce costs.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales, profitability, and other performance metrics to senior management.
