Auto Captains (Bangalore)
Total Payout per Captain: ₹26,000 per month
Fixed Pay: ₹20,000
Attendance Bonus: ₹3,000 (for 26 working days in a month)
Performance Bonus: ₹3,000 (for achieving an average of 20 rides per day)
Additional Performance Bonus: ₹1000 [To be determined based on exceeding the 20-ride daily target]
