1. The capability to heed to requirements of the project and execute the designing accordingly.

2. Interpreting technical drawings and specifications for implementation.

3. Preparing estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and as-built documentation (if needed).

4. Design co-ordination skills with other MEP services appointed by the management.

5. Understanding and adhering to project schedules, and handing over the deliverables.
