Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant at Techsential India. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for back office operations, analytical tasks, administrative assistance, communication, and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and company records.
• Document Handling: Prepare, organize, and file documents electronically and physically.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Reporting: Compile and generate reports for management as required.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide support through email and phone (India Mart)
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Financial Assistance: Assist the finance team with data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information and task completion.
