### Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture sales, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the Bangalore region.


### Key Responsibilities:


- **Sales Strategy Development:** Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth for home, restaurant, and hotel furniture.


- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including homeowners, restaurant owners, and hotel managers.


- **Product Expertise:** Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including cots, sofas, dining tables with chairs, wardrobes, and customized furniture solutions.


- **Sales Presentations:** Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our furniture.


- **Negotiation and Closing:** Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maximizing profitability.


- **Market Analysis:** Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to effectively position our products.


- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with product availability and marketing campaigns.


- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


- **Mentorship:** Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.


### Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the furniture industry.

- Strong knowledge of furniture products and market trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
