Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager with a focus on CRM Software. As a pivotal figure in our organization, you'll lead a team and contribute in the organisational growth.


Our technology company requires a Business Development Representative with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.


Role & responsibilities


  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Harness business insights and personal networks to generate new leads. Cultivate strategic relationships with prospective clients across India.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with management to craft engagement strategies for existing and potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Deliver compelling business presentations, draft proposals, and showcase our value proposition effectively.
  • Guiding Recruitment Strategy: Provide insights to the recruitment team about client needs, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition techniques.
  • Delivery & Revenue Achievement: Oversee talent acquisition alongside the recruitment team, ensuring that positions are filled efficiently and revenue targets are met.
  • Feedback & Communication: Regularly engage with clients, ensuring clear feedback loops and making frequent visits when necessary.
  • Market Forecasting: Use independent judgment to develop both short-term and long-term business forecasts, along with actionable plans.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and partake in networking events to further knowledge and business development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Business Development within SaaS Software or CRM or HRMS
  • Proven track record of securing business and extensive contacts within top companies.
  • Familiarity with companies in Bangalore / India and geographical knowledge of Bangalore is a plus.
  • Strong capability in determining and finalizing commercials.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work under pressure.
  • Achievement of set business development targets and KPIs.
