Reports to: CEO
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships Management s, This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of CRM software, and the ability to analyze data to improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Administer and manage the company’s CRM system to ensure it is being used effectively and meets the business’s needs.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleansing the CRM database.
Customer Engagement:
Sales Support:
Assigning lead to the employee’s (Project Wise)
Provide support to the sales team by generating reports, tracking sales activities, and analyzing customer data.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
Generate regular reports on CRM activities, sales performance.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer experience and sales outcomes.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance CRM processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a CRM or customer service role.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Lead Squared).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Google sheet Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a sales or marketing environment.
