1. Good communication skills in English & Malayalam or Kannada.
2. Versant mandatory min VETI 4 & above
3. Freshers are welcome experience in Customer service is added advantage.
4. Undergraduates & Graduates can apply.
5. 6 days working ( 1 Rotational off)
6. Salary 20K CTC Take home 16000/- PM. – Work From Office
7. Salary 17K CTC Take home 14000/- PM – Work from Home
8. Need candidates who can join immediately.
9. Interview round (HR, Ops Round, VETI 4 & Client Round) virtual interview.
10. Shift timings : General shifts (8 hours login 1 hour break)
11. Employee work from home setup candidate should have laptop or desktop at home with internet min 30mbps speed. Also should have laptop with below specification for WFH.

End device (Laptop\Desktop) Management

End Point requirements:

The laptops/desktops provisioning by the partner is most preferred (BYOD will be conditionally approved)

●       End-point security - Partner will be responsible for all information/data security expectations as put forth by Flipkart Infosec team (even including BYODs and there are no exceptions)

●       The user (WFH & WFO) must have a minimum specification laptop/desktop with below specifications:

o  Core i5 gen 7 or above with 8GB RAM and genuine windows 10 or 11 with latest service pack; fixes/patch management to be carried out by partner on these end-points at regular intervals (virus definition updates, windows updates as the examples).

o  >=20Mbps internet connection (broadband connection is most preferred and mobile hotspot is not allowed)

o  Genuine/Full version of Endpoint protection on the system
