Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1-year experience in customer support for e-commerce is essential or in a Jewelry brand is a plus

- Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail in explaining intricate product details.

- Ability to showcase a deep appreciation for jewellery aesthetics and craftsmanship.

- Familiarity with gemstones, metals, and jewellery terminology.

- Proven problem-solving skills in addressing customer issues and ensuring positive outcomes.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service within the jewellery industry.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs and industry trends.

- Proficiency in using Fresh Desk, Excel, Google sheet, CRM systems and support software.
