Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Banashankari, Bangalore

Company: Athena BPO

Process: Tata Capital

Working days: 6 Days Working, Rotational Week off

Timing: 9am. to 6pm.

CTC: 17000/- Per Month

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing them with timely and effective support to resolve their inquiries and issues. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media, addressing queries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems or concerns, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback, in our CRM system.
  • Feedback Handling: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met and to contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Education: 10th, 12th and bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or service role is advantageous. (Freshers are also applicable)
  • Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
