Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor/Sr. Academic Counsellor to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.


Responsibilities :


- Drive sales growth through consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls with prospective students and their parents

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage the sales process till closure

- Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services and effectively communicate their benefits and value propositions to potential clients


Requirements :


- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and earning incentives

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the K-12 EdTech industry

- Experience in the EdTech industry, particularly with products and services for the K-12 education sector's Test Prep segment, is highly preferred

- Bachelor's degree

- Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
