Job Description

We are looking for Field Sales Manager for the following territories:

Karnataka Region (Regional Languages: Kannada, Telugu (mandatory))

TN Region (Regional Languages: Tamil (mandatory), Female candidates preferred from Bangalore/Chennai/Salem)

Muzaffarpur Region (Regional Languages: Hindi (mandatory), people from Muzaffarpur preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish sales pipeline by meeting and monitoring leads.
  • Ability to communicate with customer via phone calls, chats, email or virtual messages or face to face meetings to generate interest in a product and a company.
  • Have a keen sense of observations to understand various stake holders positions related to our offering and consistently maintain a high standard of communication between the prospect and the company.
  • Required to give skilled demonstrations and presentations to meet all the stakeholders and impact on their understanding of the product or offering in a positive manners process.
  • Understand the concerns of the customers to buy the products by engaging with them and act on concerns raised by customers.
  • Establish trust on the product/services to the customer by communicating succinctly.
  • Ability to understand the offering and suitable pitching the right combination for overcoming the blockers in the sales process.
  • The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a researched based approaches and come up with the new innovative ideas to move the prospects from one stage to another

Who will Fit the Role?

  • Proven record of successful sales in B2B or B2C scenario.
  • Past sales experience in selling software solutions in the healthcare and insurance industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good knowledge in MS office tools.
  • Ability to articulate solution concepts to prospects with strong presentation or demonstration skills.
  • A knack to simplify and explain technology to prospects.
  • Willingness to camp in other location if necessary.
  • Well organized with ability to juggle between multiple prospects.
  • Document all customer interactions and conversations in the ERP system.
  • Execute planned sales activities or process and develop target list of high potential customers to achieve monthly target and quarterly target.
  • Ability to make focused efforts to win or lose the deal to achieve the target
